Background:

This project involved converting a single storey triple size garage with steel roof. Roof to be elevated to cover the new apartment. A new concrete roof on the garage to be the floor for the apartment and the gallery just gives a brief evidence of “Before, During and After."

Background:

125 Cubic meters had to be moved to accommodate the Pool, entertainment area and the Boma, “The Boma”, forming an integral part of the wide-open space together with the middle section (ground zero) for place to store fire wood underneath the seats and a serving corner. Bordering the Boma is the entertainment area with a 4m counter that hosts a prep bowl and a countertop braai to mention a few amongst other appliances to make life easier. Finally, the pool to be the main attraction of the new addition. A real Blue-Chip project.

Background:

A Steep slope of garden had to be converted into terraces to form steps and still grass to be manicured in between the steps. Moving earth and brickwork done in harmony for the perfect end result.

Background:

Every roof needs its finishing to compliment the aesthetics of the surrounds and the new building being low or high level, it should be very pleasant on the eye at the end.

Background:

ISO Board can be used for different applications but using it as a ceiling beats the benefits of conventional ceilings by gaining thermal insulation and a pleasant, finished ceiling without any paintwork to be done.
